What happens when I pay by check?
Black Diamond requires payment in 7 days. checks must be received within the 7 day time limit. Once the check has cleared the bank, the item will ship in 24-48 hours. If a check is not received, the item will be taken off hold and made available for sale.

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase the item can be returned for a refund, minus any shipping charges incurred and a $25.00 restocking fee. The item must be returned within 7 days and be in the exact condition it was in when it left our shop.

How layaway works?
We have 30 and 60 day layaways. Both require a 40% deposit. For the 30 day layaway, the balance is due on day 30. For the 60 day layaway, you pay another 40% on day 30 and the balance on day 60. Any layaway can be completed early by paying in full. We will then ship it immediately.The layaway period begins on the date that an item is placed on hold. Layaway returns are treated as a return (not as a cancellation, see return policy for details). For each layaway, a new deposit is required.
